Terms & Conditions

1. Booking and Reservation

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Cedar Tree Cattery. A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. An appointment time must be arranged for arrival, and outside-hours drop-offs will incur additional fees.

2. Health & Vaccination Requirements

Your cat must be up-to-date with vaccinations, including Feline Infectious Enteritis and Cat Flu. An up-to-date vaccination certificate must be presented prior to boarding. Annual boosters must be received a minimum of 7 days before arrival.

Cats showing signs of illness may be refused boarding. No infectious or contagious disease cases are accepted. Unneutered male cats over 6 months of age will not be accepted for boarding.

Your cat must have regular vet-recommended flea treatment and worming within the last 3 months. If flea treatment is discovered to be required upon arrival, a charge of £40 will apply.

3. Cancellation Policy

• 7+ days before arrival: Full refund of deposit
• 7-28 days before arrival: 50% of boarding fees charged
• Within 7 days of booking start: Full boarding fees due for payment
• Early collection: Booked dates are the charging period with no refunds

4. Veterinary Treatment & Liability

By using our boarding services, you consent to necessary veterinary treatment if required during your cat's stay. All veterinary fees are the owner's responsibility. Cedar Tree Cattery maintains a close relationship with a qualified veterinarian, and we will not hesitate to seek professional care if needed.

While we take every care to ensure the safety and well-being of your cat, you assume all risk during boarding. Cedar Tree Cattery is not liable for any illness, injury, or loss that may occur during your cat's stay.

5. Payment Terms

We accept cash and bank transfer only. A 25% deposit is due at the time of booking. The balance of fees is due on arrival of your cat. Charges are assessed per day, including arrival and departure days.

Door-to-door collection and delivery service is available at £3 per mile (minimum charge £15).

6. Accommodation

Only cats from the same household may share a lodge. Each cat receives individual accommodation to ensure their comfort, security, and well-being throughout their stay.
